what kind of "celebration" is this? should they be celebrating or introspecting?

n what kind of achievement is this? they've been elected for a full FIVE year term. just surviving there, is no feat at all.. not even a child celebrates moving from Ist term to IInd term of a single academic year....

actually we, the people of india, should celebrate... OUR SECOND YEAR OF TOLERANCE... or rather APATHY?
